RecallDock Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Warner Web Development LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") handles information for RecallDock ("RecallDock" or the "Product").

1) No In-App Personal Data Collection by RecallDock
RecallDock is designed to operate locally on your device. We do not collect personal data from within the RecallDock app for analytics, advertising, telemetry, behavioral profiling, or in-app user monitoring.

2) Local-Only Operation
RecallDock stores project-related plugin window layout data locally on your own system to provide its core functionality.
That local data remains under your control on your device unless you choose to move or share it.

3) Network Activity
RecallDock does not require a user account and does not transmit personal data to our servers for app functionality.
RecallDock may check for software updates on startup (or when manually requested) by contacting update infrastructure.
This update check is used to determine whether a newer version is available and is not intended to collect personal data.
Like most internet services, update infrastructure and website hosting providers may process limited technical request data (such as IP address, user-agent, and timestamp) for security, delivery, and reliability. We do not use this data to profile you.
If you visit our website or payment provider pages, those third parties may process data under their own policies.

4) Purchases and Third-Party Services
Payments are processed by third-party providers (for example, Stripe). We do not receive your full payment card details.
Any information you provide on third-party checkout pages is governed by those third parties' terms and privacy policies.

5) Permissions (macOS Accessibility)
RecallDock may request macOS Accessibility permissions to reposition plugin windows.
This permission is used solely for on-device functionality and not for data collection.

6) Children
RecallDock is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

7) Data Security
Because RecallDock does not collect personal data for RecallDock functionality, there is no centralized RecallDock personal-data database to breach.
You remain responsible for securing your own device, files, and backups.

8) International Use
If you use RecallDock outside your home country, you are responsible for compliance with local laws applicable to your use.

9) No Warranties and Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND RECALLDOCK-RELATED PRIVACY PRACTICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WARNER WEB DEVELOPMENT LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, OR SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY OR YOUR USE OF RECALLDOCK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANY LIABILITY RELATING TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY IS LIMITED AS STATED IN THE RECALLDOCK TERMS OF USE.

10) Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting an updated version with a new effective date.
Your continued use of RecallDock after updates means you accept the revised Privacy Policy.
